Caching Issues
Try to refresh your computer by pressing the CTRL and F5 keys together.
If this does not work, you can clear your computer browser’s cache. Please note that this may remove any stored log in or password details you have stored on websites.

- On your computer, open Chrome
- Click the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen and select Settings or by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys together
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
- Click Clear data
- Restart Google Chrome
