  • How do I register for Internet Banking?

    Contact us on LiveChat or visit one of our branches with photo identification.

  • How do I change my Internet Banking password?

    If you’ve forgotten your password or locked yourself out of Internet Banking:

    • Navigate to our Internet Banking login page
    • Select Forgot your password? and enter your Member Number and Date of Birth
    • Select Next and then click to get an SMS One Time Password
    • Enter your SMS One Time Password
    • Enter your new Internet Banking password
    • Login to Internet Banking

    If you know your existing password:

    • Login to Internet Banking
    • Select Maintenance 
    • Select Change Password
    • Enter existing and new password

    To reset your password, you will be required to have SMS Security registered on your account. To register for SMS Security, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

  • What's the maximum amount I can transfer?

    A maximum daily limit of $14,000 applies for external transfers from each of your accounts, with the following sub-limits also applicable:

    • BPAY - $10,000
    • External ‘Standard’ Transfers - $2,000
    • NPP ‘Osko’ transfers - $2,000

    The $14,000 maximum limit is a single account limit irrespective of the number of Authorised Signatories to an account.  

    Loan Redraw is captured by the above sub-limits.

  • How do I select or change my card PIN?

    To select or change a PIN, please follow the steps:

    • Login to Internet Banking
    • Select Services
    • Select Card PIN Select
    • Select your card
    • Click on the keypad tool to select and confirm your PIN
    • Click Get SMS button and enter the one time password you receive via SMS
    • Click Select PIN button
    • You will receive confirmation of the PIN change pop up on screen

    Note, you can also select or change your PIN via our mobile banking app.

  • How do I search my transactions?
    • Login to Internet Banking
    • From the home page, select your account e.g. 11111S1
    • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Search
    • The Full Transaction History Search page will appear
    • Filter by SpecificsPeriod, Type or Amount to find your transaction
  • What is an Osko transfer?

    Osko is an innovative payment service, built on the New Payments Platform. It allows you to: 

    • Real-time, 24/7 payments: Pay others and receive payments in near real-time and is available all day, everyday across over 50 participating financial institutions - and more to come.
    • Flexible Payments: Use a registered PayID (mobile number, email address or ABN) or you can still use a BSB and Account Number.
    • More Info: Include more information to accurately describe your payment. You can use 280 characters of text to describe who’s getting paid and why.
    • Secure: Backed by BPAY and Snow Star Credit Union.
