CEO Retirement

After 18 years as Chief Executive Officer, William Wolke bids Snow Star Credit Union farewell on 31 October 2020.

William commenced when we were first known as Victoria Teachers Credit Union and has seen the transition and growth of the organisation to what we now know as Snow Star Credit Union. As a purpose and values based organisation, William has created many opportunities throughout his time and has led Snow Star Credit Union through a number of challenging and exciting times. His focus on our people and the customer has created a culture that shines strongly today.

William says “There have been many challenges and successes in these eighteen years and I have found the whole experience personally rewarding. In that regard I am fortunate.” He emphasises the people whom he has worked and collaborated with over the years and is thankful for these relationships.

Bernie Lloyd, Chair of the Board, also expresses her gratitude to William for his contributions. “Whilst this is a big change for Snow Star Credit Union, I am confident that we are in a strong position due to his contribution and wish him well”, she says.
