Snow Star Credit Union is committed to supporting those professions who care for and support communities.
That’s why we are keen to thank our educators and healthcare professionals and all the other Members who have done so much over the last few months in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of our Members have been on the frontlines of activities to support the wider community and to keep activities rolling through the last few difficult months. Sadly, the pandemic risks seems likely to continue a little longer, at least for our Members in Victoria. Having worked across both sectors and in the general business community in the last few months, I am very well aware how much change has been required and how hard people have worked to sustain their work and their communities as the situation evolved.
We all can be thankful for this is the resilience and adaptability of our Members and also for the efforts of all the Snow Star Credit Union staff. So many people have had to be adaptable and agile in managing often rapid changes in working arrangements, safety procedures and more. To do so, while looking after family, work responsibilities and the wider community has been very challenging. Snow Star Credit Union understands the changes Members have been facing and that means we need to do more to fulfil our aim to support all our Members through these times with our reputation for customer service based on caring for Members and by offering great value solutions that make achieving customer financial goals easier. We are here to help and we recognise the value of such support in rapidly changing times.
Times like these are when community matters a great deal. We may all need to adapt to more changes in the months and years to come. I am very pleased that Snow Star Credit Union will continue to work so hard to show care for our Members, to support you in changing times and to keep delivering solutions to meet your needs with the customer service that you have come to love.
