There are many transaction options that will ensure payments and transfers are completed in a secure and speedy method. We’ve outlined a few of the ways that Snow Star Credit Union customers can pay and get paid.
Osko and PayID
You can make payments in real time using Osko and PayID. By registering a PayID, such as your mobile phone number or email address, when someone needs to pay you, you can simply give them your PayID instead of your BSB and account number. Click here for more information
BPAY
You can pay bills via BPAY. Your bills will have a BPAY section with a biller code and reference number. Simply use these details to pay your bill via Internet, Mobile or Phone banking services and our App. In most cases, the biller will receive the funds in 1-2 business days.
Direct debit
Automatically have bills paid on time via direct debit. Direct debit involves a systematic transfer of funds from your account on an agreed date and can simply be set up using your BSB and account number.
Bank Cheques
By contacting Snow Star Credit Union on LiveChat we can arrange for you to obtain a Bank Cheque from a Commonwealth Bank branch. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Fees and charges apply.
Regular payments
You can use Internet, Mobile, Phone Banking and our App to set up Regular Authorised Payments to transfer a set amount of money at a set time.
Bank@Post
You can make deposits, withdrawals and pay your bills using your Snow Star Credit Union Visa Debit or Visa Credit Cards at over 3,200 Australia Post outlets displaying the Bank@Post sign. Deposits and withdrawals, using your Visa Debit Card, via Bank@Post are free transactions.
Personal cheque book
Using cheques to make payments to third parties can be an easy way to keep a record of all of your payments.
Please note, a fee applies for Cheque Book orders.
