Snow Star Credit Union are proud to award two young leaders tickets to the LASA Next Gen forum, a forum created by young leaders, for young leaders in age services.
Younger employees and sector leaders in age services see the impact their work has on our communities. We all know the importance of ensuring older people are supported to age well.
To help drive this, Snow Star Credit Union are thrilled to support Leading Age Services Australia (LASA)’s young leaders initiative, LASA Next Gen, to celebrate young age service leaders through an exciting online forum. Due to a number of factors affecting the age services sector, the LASA Next Gen forum has been postponed from 24th November 2020 to May 2021.
The LASA Next Gen Forum half-day gathering for young leaders in age services with inspiring panel sessions, engaging presenters and online networking opportunities. Prominent speakers will share insights on industry adaptation, positive ways to use the media, building resilient networks in an online world, handling living through loss, mentoring and a special session with the CEO of the Aged Care Workforce Industry Council.

We’re pleased to announce that Aynsley Johnson and Jennifer Rodgers will be awarded two tickets to the LASA Next Gen forum, with Aynsley’s nomination demonstrating Jennifer’s work and leadership in age services.
Jennifer Rodgers deserves to win a ticket to the LASA Next Gen Forum as she works tirelessly each day to support and make sure aged care providers are delivering the best possible care and services for our older Australians. Jen supports the team with humility, inclusion and quiet determination which are such amazing traits for a young (or any) leader to have and ones we should all strive to have.
