What do you know now that you wish you had known before the start of your teaching career?
When you entered the profession, hopefully you received some sound advice from mentors, course tutors, classroom practitioners and your peers. As with most jobs, though, teaching is a learning curve and there’s always something new to reflect on.
Australian educator Greg Whitby caught up with three school leaders and asked them one simple question: What do you know now that you wish you had known before becoming a principal?
